INTRODUCING BATCH SHIPPING

We’re now offering a more cost-effective shipping option to the United States West Coast (California), England (Newquay) and Scotland (Edinburgh), with France and Germany coming soon.

We call it “Batch Shipping”.

By selecting the Batch Shipping option at checkout, KBD customers can save 40%+ on shipping.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Select the Batch Shipping option at checkout (currently available for the US West Coast, England and Scotland orders only - France and Germany coming soon).
  2. Every 8 weeks, or once we receive 18+ Batch Shipping orders to the US West Coast, England or Scotland, we’ll collectively ship the orders to our trusted partners in California, Newquay and Edinburgh. By shipping orders together, we can amortise the international shipping cost across all orders, and can pass on these savings to you (note: we don’t make any money off the shipping, we only charge the true cost).
  3. Once the Batch Shipping orders have been shipped, we’ll notify you and keep you updated as to their journey from Australia.
  4. Once landed, our trusted partners will collect the boards from customs, you’ll be notified, and can arrange to either:
    1. Collect your order from California (Venice Beach or Ventura), Newquay (Cornwall) or Edinburgh.
    2. Arrange to have your order shipped by our trusted partners to your desired delivery address (note: domestic last-mile shipping costs apply - typically around US$100 within California, $POA to other US West Coast states; GBP65 pounds within England and Scotland).
